We offer a program that honors the integrity of the method of Joseph H. Pilates. We promote and teach a classical, systematic, integrative approach to Pilates training.

Your body will accept change when ready. It is your instructor’s job to give appropriate corrections to you. It is your job to apply your best efforts and learn how to “do”. This combination will bring success. Change comes through movement. As your body moves, change occurs. Power Pilates says “movement heals” because of this reason.


Our Pilates program integrates the various pieces of apparatus in the Method. Clients learn Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, High back and Wunda chair, Barrels, and Magic circle to create a workout that builds stability, strength, flexibility, and stamina in the body.
